Characterization by Diffraction Methods
The SMoCC staff provides facilities for powder diffraction and assists with data evaluation e.g. Phase identification (fingerprinting), quantitative phase analysis and structure analysis on the basis of powder diffraction data (Rietveld refinements). Moreover we will assist for writing applications for beamtime at Synchrotrons or Neutron sources.
